The combination of voided and PT slabs, i.e. voiding a PT slab, provides superior cracks, stresses, and deflection control. It simultaneously replaces large quantities of concrete, dramatically reduces steel reinforcement, minimizes slab thickness, and eliminates drop elements, allowing extraordinary structural performance.
